Delivery
We currently ship our fresh products to UK, and Northern Ireland All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days via our courier partner. The delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery class. We have a perishable food account with DPD & Royal mail, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they have a “safe place” nominated as if not the parcel can be left outside the front of your chosen address. If you have issues or questions regarding this, please contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery Methods for Build & Bake Products

Returns
Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we cannot offer a refund.
