Can I eat these as part of a healthy diet?
Of course! We recommend that you use our nutritional information to see how our products fit into your diet.
Where can I find the macros of your products?
The macros are visible on each of our product pages. To see all of our products’ macros and nutritional information, head to the nutritional database.
Are your products gluten free?
The brownie base is gluten free, however some of the toppings on our products are not. See the ‘Additional Information’ tab on each Product Page to check. You can also message our team and we can make your box completely gluten free by adjusting the toppings.
What allergens should I be aware of?
Our standard brownies contain NUTS and MILK. Our Vegan Box is obviously dairy free.
Are your products vegetarian friendly?
Yes, indeed!

How long do your products keep for?
Our Brownies are best eaten within 3 days from when you receive them and the Proaties are best within 3 days of delivery. Need longer? Store them in the freezer for up to 6 months!
Can they be stored in the freezer and for how long?
Our products and boxes have been created with this in mind. They will keep in the freezer for 6 months. And, the best bit? They only take 35 minutes to defrost, or 25 seconds in the microwave if you are impatient.
Can I mix up the flavours in my box?
The Premium Brownies and Premium Proaties (flapjacks) contain 3 to 5 different or brand new flavours each month so grab your favourites when you see them!
Can I mix brownies, proaties and/or blondies in the same box?
You sure can! Our Try Me Mix box contains different combinations of brownies, proaties (flapjacks) and blondies. Choose your favourite combo and enjoy!
What is a proatie?!
Proaties are protein flapjacks. They are filled with low GI oats, and packed with extra protein. We might have coined the term but we aren’t certain! Check out this month’s box of Premium Proaties.
Can I suggest new flavours?
Follow us on Instagram or Facebook where we regularly run polls to help us decide what flavours to place into the boxes in upcoming months. Feel free to DM us your flavour suggestions too!
How quick do you deliver orders?
Our Standard Delivery is 3 to 7 working days. For next-day delivery, you have to order before 11 am and choose the ‘Express Delivery’ option at checkout.
Can I collect my delivery?
Sure! If you are local to our store in Bromley you can pop by to collect! DM us Instagram or Facebook or use our Contact Form to arrange a pick-up.
Do the boxes fit through a letterbox?
Unfortunately, to protect our products we use a reinforced box which is slightly bigger than the UK standard post box.
Do you accept returns?
As we sell fresh products, we unfortunately do not accept returns. If there is anything wrong with your order, then please do not hesitate to fill out our Contact Form.
When will I get my boxes on Subscription?
When you sign up for a subscription your box will arrive 2-3 days later and then every week or fortnight or month after that on the same day, depending on the subscription order frequency you chose.
What date will I be charged for my subscription?
After the first payment to activate the subscription, you will be charged based on the frequency you selected for your subscription order. For monthly subscriptions, you will be charged every 30 days from the start date of the subscription; for weekly, you will be charged every 7 days, and so on.
Can I change the number of boxes in my existing subscription?
Right now, you’ll have to contact us to do this. We are working on adding it to the account area very soon so you can manage it yourself. If you increase the quantity, you’ll have to pay the difference. If you reduce the number, you’ll pay the new amount in your next automatic payment.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can. However, when you first subscribe, you will pay for the first order and the first delivery. So if you cancel and choose to start a
a new subscription, you will have to pay for the first delivery again.I have a gift card, how do I use it?
There is a small gift code on the back of the Gift card. Type that code into the ‘Coupon’ field in the Basket or the Checkout to redeem the value and enjoy your sweet treats!
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Type that code into the ‘Coupon’ field in the Shopping Basket or at the Checkout to redeem your discount against your order. Different conditions may apply based on the coupon or rules of the basket, e.g. combining discount codes might sometimes not be allowed.
I think these would be great for my office! Do you send corporate boxes?
We do corporate boxes, if you email us at [email protected] we will create something special at a special price depending on the quantity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Link (from Stripe), PayPal and most debit and credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover.
Is my personal data secure?
We use advanced encryption technology and have strict policies in place to protect your personal information. Your payment information is never stored on our servers; it is stored securely with our payment providers, Stripe or PayPal – the best in the business. Rest assured that we do not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Can I add a gift message to the box I order?
Of course! Write the message you would like to add to the ‘Notes’ section and we will do the rest! (Note. This does not apply to Subscription products.)
What happens if I am not in when my parcel comes?
You will receive a notification from DPD/Royal Mail when your parcel is dispatched. In the notification, you will have the option to specify a safe place for delivery. If you do not set a safe place, DPD/Royal mail will leave your parcel outside your property. Please note that we cannot accept liability for any lost parcels if a safe place is not designated.
